Mark Newton and I worked together on an independent project in Bristol over the summer. Heart Robot was its name and due to its success we decided to work together on our external brief project. We visited a company in Bristol called Green Ginger. They agreed to give us a project.
The brief given to us was to make a model of a submarine. The submarine would carry people aboard and sink into the Bristol river. Then a puppet show would take place though the port holes.
The design is still to be finalised, and Chris Pirie (one of the directors of Green Ginger) wants to take us out on a boat in Bristol to show us the location of the final submarine.
